Items for shipment are based on weight and calculated for your convenience already. Due to COVID however, some countries may not be available and might cause some delays on ship out.

So, I kindly ask for your patience.

Group Order: DM on twitter or email so we can arrange to set you as the GOM for your country! I'll only allow 3 GOMS per country. You can order here or directly to me, I'll send directly the invoice.

En route items taking too long: Philpost tracking takes a while to update but as long as the last update notes that it has left the country, it means the package is still safely on its way to you! Especially during the holiday backlogs

Returned packages: Returned packages can either be shipped again, SF not covered by me, it has to be paid again, or refunded at your convenience.

Damaged package: Orders are packed secured with bubble mailer and appropriate cardboard backing, my apologies but damages caused by the courier are out of my hands.

Wrong orders: If I sent in the wrong orders, kindly inform me immediately with your order confirmation as proof of which should be replaced as well as the picture of the wrong items.
